The January Recipe Collection from DiscoverDelicious.Wales

DiscoverDelicious.Wales is home to the largest collection of Welsh food & drink online; it’s a one-stop-shop designed to make it easy to find hundreds of small and independent producers in one place.

From this week, their new January Recipe Collection is available to download as a free e-book: https://bit.ly/3bxPHjl.

Each dish makes the most of the fabulous Welsh produce we have right here on our doorstep in Wales - all ingredients available for home delivery via Discover Delicious. All of the recipes are also 100% plant-based (it is 'Veganuary' this month after all) but delicious enough in their own right for everyone to enjoy.

For this project, we called on the talents of chef Laura Willet from The Tidy Kitchen Company and ex-Halen Môn Sea Salt chef Sam Lomas; the infectious enthusiasm of Dirty Sanchez star and extreme athlete Mathew Pritchard; and the passion for produce shown by award-winning Welsh comedian Kiri Pritchard - McLean.

We also commissioned a batch of new vegan recipes from Cardiff-based foodie instagrammer, @pontcanape.

A suite of short, snappy, social media films, created to accompany the recipes, will be shared across Discover Delicious' social channels over the next few weeks - all shot last year by the brilliant Will Barker (@willdotbarker).

This is the latest content campaign that the Discover Delicious team have asked for my help with, and one of my favourites to work on to date.
