Working with Welsh chefs to
showcase PGI Welsh Lamb

Using my network of contacts in the hospitality industry and assembling a team of freelancers to create an ‘agency-lite’ offering, I worked with Hybu Cig Cymru to secure six new chef ambassadors and create a total of 10 video master classes; each focused on a different recipe which showcases PGI Welsh Lamb at its best.

Accompanying each film, we created an extensive suite of teaser videos and images for use across the Welsh Lamb social media channels, with content specifically tailored to each channel for maximum impact.
